Juan’s previous experience includes serving as an Acquisition Officer at Bentall Kennedy, where he identified a broad array of acquisitions and developments while managing investments on behalf of Bentall Kennedy and its clients, including CalPERS. His background also includes key roles in other prominent real estate firms, where he developed expertise in asset management and sustainable development.

Juan holds dual B.A. degrees from Stanford University and an MBA with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional, reflecting his commitment to environmentally responsible development practices.
