Dudley Benoit serves as a board member at American Neighborhood Housing. With over 25 years of experience in community development and real estate finance, Dudley is a recognized expert in affordable housing, particularly in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategy and advancing its mission.
In addition to serving as a board member at American Neighborhood Housing, Dudley is the Senior Managing Director of Affordable Equity – Investor Relations at Walker & Dunlop, where he leads LIHTC production teams and implements company strategy. His extensive career also includes senior leadership roles at Santander Bank as Senior Vice President and Director of Community Development Finance, and a 16-year tenure at JPMorgan Chase, where he managed commercial real estate multifamily lending, community development banking, and the New Markets Tax Credit units.
Dudley holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, and an MBA from Columbia University. He is also actively involved in several boards, including the Reinvestment Fund, Primary Care Development Corporation, and the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition.
