Brian Goldberg serves as a board member at American Neighborhood Housing, bringing extensive expertise in real estate finance and management, with a particular focus on affordable housing.
Throughout his career, Brian has been deeply involved in the affordable housing sector, contributing to numerous projects that have expanded access to quality housing for low-income families. His work in this field has been instrumental in shaping strategies that maximize both community impact and financial sustainability.
Currently, Brian is the Executive Vice President of Credit, Affordable Equity at Alliant Capital. He began his career in real estate finance in 1998, where his leadership in affordable housing finance earned him significant recognition and responsibility.
Before this role, Brian served as the Chief Financial Officer of a major real estate investment company that developed and managed residential and commercial properties across the United States. His career also includes time at Arthur Andersen in the Enterprise Group.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Denver and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
